In our sessions, we will work together in a non-judgmental environment to find the best course of action for your personal needs. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes. In-person sessions preferred, but telehealth is available. Together, we can face the obstacles preventing you from living your best life and give you the tools necessary to enhance your well-being.
Just like we have a routine with our body (eat, sleep, hygiene, movement, etc), we need to develop a healthy routine with our brains. Use therapy as a tool to get yourself on the right track for a happier, healthier YOU!
